Every 25✝35 Co. piece is made to order, printed for you individually rather than pulled from stock. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
If something's wrong with your order, email us at twentyfivethirtyfive@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
We don't offer refunds or replacements for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered (please use the size guide)
Minor variations in print placement or colour inherent to the made-to-order process
